The applicable product information, licence agreement and checkout terms presented during the BeatStars purchase process form part of the relevant transaction.

Refund Requests

If you experience a problem with a prodbyMRJ beat or sample pack, please contact us at prodbymrj@gmail.com.

Refund requests are reviewed individually in accordance with the applicable licence agreement, the circumstances of the purchase and mandatory consumer law.
